Manufacturing of 2nd grade copper conductors
TThe main raw material for copper conductors manufacturing is own produced copper wire.
The main operations:
- Strand on stranding machines.
Required diameter process coils are installed in twisting machine carriage.
Continuous quality control is performed during twisting process.
Depends of length and conductor cross-section wooden drums №12, №14, №17 could be used.
Manufacturing of 3rd–5th grade copper conductors with cross-section 10–400 mm2
The main raw material for 3rd–5th grade copper conductors manufacturing is own produced fine copper wire.
The main operations:
- Strand twisting on fly twisting machines;
- Strand twisting in conductor on stranding machines.
Equipment used in manufacturing: multiline fine drawing lines, multi strand frame stranding machine, rigid type stranding machine.
Conductors are made according to technical requirements: TU U 28.7-13614181-004-2001, their requirements are in accordance to DIN 48 201 Part 1 “Leitungsseile. Seile aus Kupfer”.
